the guy should’ve went to prison for inciting violence against this man. and a measly 150000 that barely touches on the amount of damages he should have been paid
The telling thing is the judge said the man had every right to warn people of the danger in the motel. Problem is he was lying about it and he relied on heresay and unverified info. What if he was right? Would he still had to pay the fine?
Our LAME US Government does the same ! Lists people PUBLICLY with a Address etc on a PUBLIC Website !… making other tenants MOVE and making other people give certain address’s a BAD NAME…Think… the US GOVT Listing a convicted SO that is residing in a MOTEL on megans LAW !! Same illegal shit as this blue dolphin place case… except a CITIZEN (claimed) this and gets a FINE, what about FINING the US GOVt 150k* * (tixes) what… a million RSO’s in the usa ?
Im all for bankrupting the US GOVT so we can abolish them haha 🙂
